On April 7, bf and I went on a picnic date (that was planned by me. heh) to celebrate his **th birthday. I cooked him pineapple fried rice for the main entree ( We loved Lotus’ of Siam’s version so I thought I’d give it a try) and made him chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. That was kind of big deal for me. My cooking skills are essentially limited to frying and microwaving things. :P But I felt I needed to put effort because it’s HIS special day!A day that he can call his own lol. Anyway, we went to Lake Las Vegas to find this specific tree/area to have our picnic. It had a nice view of the sierra mountains and European inspired buildings and houses. I found a picture of it through a tumblr famous person’s blog who happens to live in Vegas also (johnnylace, anyone?) We underestimated the size of the place. & There were so many trees O.O. But he found it after an hour!hahaha.. So we set up our food and picnic mat, cuddled a bit ;), ate ( He said he liked the fried rice, :) I was just happy it was edible lol), took pictures, and enjoyed the view! The weather was great, the place was serene and gorgeous, plus I was with my boyfriend <3 which just made everything pretty much perfect ! I got him a 1/60 Gundam robot (Gundam Wing Zero). It was the biggest (1 foot) Gundam I could find and afford. Lol… I can say that it was truly one of the most unforgettable dates ever thus far : )  I hope all my efforts made him happy and feel special : )… (Love you so much baby ko!!)

For our 6th month, my boyfriend surprised me  with pink roses and a huge ass teddy bear. lol. Anywayy, I have to give props to my boyfriend for (somehow) carefully and sneakily placing this giant bear on my bed without my knowledge. He called my mom to make sure I was out of the house! :) I thought that was very thoughtful.. and I was genuinely surprised to see the bear too! I didn’t know Dar had it in him to be THAT spontaneous. ; P  Thanks babyyy!
